Industrial programmer: doctoral student position open at Atlant 3D Nanosystems
Looking for an industrial programmer PhD student, experienced in PLC programming and automatization.
Posittion will involve taking care of programming a PLC to control the processes in the new line of thin film 3D printer ATLANT 3D Nanosystem machines.
You will work together on the development with the CTO of the company and the Bachmann group in the chemistry department at FAU.
Preferable experience includes:
- Hardware side of PLC connections, electronics, and pneumatics
- Experienced with SIEMENS line of PLCs
- Experience with pneumatic valve control
- Experience with PID temperature control
- Experience with proportional voltage control elements
- Experience with voltage-based sensor
- Experience with positioning (stepper and/or piezo)
- Experience with end-user interface creation
