Hallo zusammen 
A multinational e-learning company is currently looking for a German speaker who has experience as Training Consultant. If you are looking to work from home as well as travelling to other cities in Germany, are Linux RHCE certified and love teaching others, this role is for you!
What you will do:
Deliver classroom and Virtual training.
Continuously up-skill knowledge and technical skills on upper level and new version of courses
Deliver training to learners, both new hire and tenured associates, using adult learning principles.
Include the facilitation of application exercises and performance tests to ensure knowledge/skill delivery
Provide on-going feedback for updating training materials and trainee records
Contribute to training process improvements and participates in other projects as needed.
Traveling 2-3 weeks in a month (if applicable)
What you will need to succeed:
Graduate or higher degree in any discipline
Extensive Skills/experience on Linux Administration
Training delivery experience or motivation
Knowledge on Red Hat
Knowledge on emerging technologies like Openshift, Ansible
Must have excellent communication & presentation skills
Proficient in German and English (Multilingual Instructors would be preferred)
Location:
Anywhere in Germany. Working location will be the Employee’s home. Travelling will be required, covered by the company.
