Darf die zweiseitige Arbeit auch auf Englisch geschrieben werden?

Yes, you can write in English. We still will conduct the class in German. The idea is that while international students are very welcome, we hope that some will stay in Germany, which eventually means that they'll be best of if they practice German. So I encourage you to write in German.
