Subject: Fossology is not saving my upload
+1 kattleyah
Hello guys,

I am using Fossology through Docker and I have uploaded  my project's file on it, although after I restarted my computer, my uploaded files were gone.
How can save my uploads on Fossology? Is there any specific command for it??

Thanks in advance,

Rgds,

As far as i can tell, if you execute through docker, data is lost everytime the image gets stopped/restarted etc.

See quote: 'Note: It is strongly recommended to use an external database for production use, since the the standalone image does not take care of data persistency' from https://hub.docker.com/r/fossology/fossology/.

If that is the case, we have a problem. Anyone here got a solution for this?

Cheers

I have the same problem here. So we have to start from scratch every single time we log in?
